2008 Season 4

Rules and Regulations

Entry - We will need 100 pit passes in full by Monday Feb. 11 with your team name, real name, email address, home address and a telephone number. Call Hose at 580-8860 to make arrangements and with any questions or send pit passes to 501 Susquehanna Street Marysville, PA 17053.

Car Number Entries- From the field of 43 qualified cars, pick 5 different drivers, using their car number and the number of cars you think will be on the lead lap at the checkered flag. (You do not have to use the same drivers every week; you may pick different drivers each race week.) Car number entries should be emailed or phoned in every week. Email: cwrsj77@comcast.net or phone: (717) 580-8860

Car Number Entry Deadline- The day of the race will decide the deadline.  If race day is Saturday, the deadline is 6:00 PM EST Friday…if race day is Sunday; the deadline is 6:00 PM EST Saturday. If you do not turn in your car number entries before the deadline; which is 6:00 pm, not 6:01, not 6:27, not 7:01, but 6:00 pm, you will receive the same drivers from the previous week.

Scoring- Wherever your 5 car number entries finish in the race for that week, the positions added together is your point total. This point system works, that the lowest score is the best and will determine the winner, barring a tie.

Tie Breaker criteria’s-

1st - Lead lap cars closest over or under

2nd - Best finishing car

If these tiebreakers do not sort out a winner for the week, the pit passes for that week will be split between winners.

Pit Passes- Each week the lowest score wins a percent of the pit pass pool for that current race week. The other percent of the pit pass pool rolls over each week until the last race. When we know how many total players are in the pool we will decide how much the weekly pit pass pool is, and how much and how many places we will give out at the end of the year. We should have this info. for you after the Daytona 500. If we cannot meet up with you in a timely manner, we will send your pit passes to you.

Updates- The weekly picks will be available on www.ACFCR.com on race day with all teams’ driver numbers for that week. When Nascar makes their results OFFICIAL, the results will be on www.ACFCR.com, no later than Wed. evening after that week’s race. You will receive email notification when weekly picks and results are on the website.

Weekly Pick Errors- You are as responsible for your picks as much as we are for posting them. That being said, when the weekly picks come out and you notice a problem, call right away. We will no longer fix errors after the race has started.

Discussion, Disputes and Questions- If you would ever need to discuss, dispute or have any questions regarding the league, you can call. We will get back to you before the next race week. Phone: (717) 580-8860.

P.S. - There is no pool for the following races:

Bud Shootout, Gatorade Duel 1 & 2, All Star Shootout.

Good Luck Everyone!!!
